@borzik_k thank you SO much my dear!! the brush is a slightly modified version of the procreate brush 'Loyetea' found in the gouache folder + the texture is a slight overlay of a noise layer set to 'opacity' blend mode and 10% transparency <3<3<3

@itsmekhaef i use procreate, the canvas is 32x32px, use the animation assist mode with 'onion skin opacity' at zero so you can flip between the icon layers quickly, once you've drawn them you resize the canvas to 256x256px (or larger) and upscale the icons with 'nearest neighbour' mode on!<3

@ateegd_ ty i 100% agree, this bundle is a 'windows xp' mashup theme but i changed the title last minute for the seo. there are some wallpapers / widgets inside that are frutiger aero but yes i admit i'm kinda perpetuating the miscategorisation of the aesthetic which is very much my bad!!
