Initial Access: We successfully bypassed perimeter security by deploying a custom-tailored malware payload via a targeted phishing campaign against key personnel within the company’s internal operations team.
Lateral Movement & Reverse Engineering: Once inside, we utilized reverse engineering techniques to deconstruct the provider’s proprietary API and communication protocols between the POS terminals and the central backend.
