@cenbank Dear CBN, it is now time to ban all cash transactions into Dom accounts. Electronic inflows should either be from I&E window trades or inbound international transfers.

There should be no ban on electronic outflows from Dom account but it should only be to recipients outside the country or FX sales on I&E window which will settle into another Dom account in Nigeria
