@DerekBrocks@DanielGorman20 Shame. Night Watch was my first "indie movie" that I saw in theaters. Friend and I went during high school to a theater that's not even around anymore. I went to wash the bad taste of "Ultraviolet" out of my mouth, since that came out around the same time.

@tj_mackey432 I love 4! Not my favorite of the series, but I enjoy it, if only for all the genuinely intriguing ideas put on screen. If they had more time (and maybe less coke?) to work on this one, I think it could have been great.
@Le_Severine_Cox I wonder if it's part of a broader societal thing. We've grown more cynical and hardened over the past 30 years. Do people even yearn anymore, or do we just accept, and the best we can hope for, our equivalent of yearning, just becomes justified, cathartic violence?
