Anyway, I watched Arabic news channel Al-Arabiya to watch Iran war breaking news and accidentally check weather update in Middle East. Later, I watched Singapore's Channel News Asia and my guts feel something wrong about it
And then I checked Google to confirm my assumption.
Channel News Asia got it wrong on Qatar, India, and UAE. Doha tempreature should be on 47 degree celcius, Abu Dhabi temperature should be 41 degree celcius, and New Delhi temperature should be 38 degree celcius.
Anwyay, Indian influencer @aravind is the one who first highlight it on weather manipulation. But appearantly, the worse is they even manipulate the weather on Middle East as well after South Asia
In short, this Singapore news channel downplay the heatwave in Middle East but inflating the heatwave on India. Like lolz 😂

Diversification comes with consequences. More #LNG supply is going to be greenlit with minimal focus of how or where it will be consumed. Diversifying just among US projects has arguably already led to an overbuild; diversifying away from the US even more so. @ColumbiaUEnergy

U.S. forces have struck a building near Iran's Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant.
Any damage affecting the reactor could pose a risk of radioactive contamination extending across Qatar and UAE.
"The policy choices made today will determine whether foreign direct investment becomes an engine of shared development or entrenches divergence." – UNCTAD Acting Secretary-General Pedro Manuel Moreno at the launch of the World Investment Report 2026.

🇪🇺 Europe is finally moving to break its fossil-fuel dependence.
🔸 €50bn added to the import bill by the Iran war
🔸 €300bn annual energy trade deficit
Brussels is preparing a major electrification push focused on electric vehicles, heat pumps, industrial power, batteries and ending fossil-fuel subsidies.
Every percentage point of the economy powered by clean electricity means less exposure to global shocks.

US Commerce just gave G42 license-free access to Nvidia, AMD and Cerebras chips. One less queue for Abu Dhabi's AI buildout. I've sat through enough procurement cycles to know a signal this clear is rare. The bottleneck just moved elsewhere.
US lost more top crypto devs to Dubai & Singapore last year than it imported from everywhere else combined. funny how the "brain drain crisis" crowd skips that the fleeing talent is shipping faster without SEC theater. who's actually decentralizing now? 🧐
@rickyho_1989 I didn't buy the glut narrative. UAE built the Fujairah pipeline for exactly this. Oil makes up roughly 24% of the economy here. The strait was always the risk.
CNN: US eases export controls on UAE in major boost to AI and defense ties: “The United States eased export controls for the United Arab Emirates on Friday, elevating its Gulf Arab ally into one of its most trusted defense and technology partners.
The US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) said it will “significantly upgrade” the UAE’s status under the Export Administration Regulations in recognition of its role as a Major Defense Partner and its support in advancing US national security interests, including its war with Iran.
The move would allow approved UAE entities to receive advanced AI chips, AI servers, military and dual-use technology, commercial satellites, drones, and technologies used in oil, gas and civil nuclear industries without going through the US licensing process.
ASML is usually described as a monopoly, but inside the machine the pattern repeats. The optics have one qualified supplier, the laser has one, and the light source came from a company ASML had to buy outright. For every hard part of an EUV scanner there is exactly one company on earth that can make it, so what looks like one monopoly is really a chain of them. I went through the suppliers one by one:
