Paragon Esports is opening opportunities for driven individuals who want to be part of something built with purpose, discipline, and ambition.

We are currently looking for:

Fortnite Competitive Players for tryouts, minimum age 13+

VALORANT Competitive Players for tryouts, minimum age 13+

Counter-Strike 2 Competitive Players for tryouts, minimum age 13+

Content Creators, minimum age 13+

Managers with previous esports experience (18+). Portfolio or evidence of previous experience required.

Graphics Designers with experience in esports (18+). Portfolio required.

Video Editors / VFX Artists for teamtages, montages, and short-form montage content (18+). Previous experience and portfolio required.

Recruiters with previous experience (18+).

This is not just about filling positions. We are looking for people who understand what it means to represent a standard. People who communicate well, show consistency, take pride in their work, and want to grow alongside an organisation that is serious about building the right way.

Whether your strength is competition, content, management, media, recruitment, editing, or design, Paragon Esports is looking for individuals who bring value, professionalism, and commitment.

Portfolio submissions are required for all GFX, VFX/Video Editing and Management applications.
