@vivbeech@vivbeech P.S., Would you mind filling in a complaints form about this so we can make sure it reaches our quality team? https://t.co/QY5fEUdf5n
@vivbeech@vivbeech Hey Viv! We can't quite fit a full explanation in 280 characters so instead, we're going to send you a link to an article we wrote explaining the cap change: https://t.co/099vdDDsfy
@karma_nimashan @karma_nimashan NEVER! Well, only when we're making our flavoured products e.g., our chocolate drink. Our plain drinks only contain sugar that's a result of the starch break down from the oats. A similar thing happens if you eat a bowl of porridge, for example.
@timomj@timomj Hey Timo! Oat dear, this doesn't look right at all. Could you send over a photo of the carton and tell us where you're based so we can look into it?
@telegramlink123@huismuizen @Ingrid_deVries @telegramlink123@huismuizen @Ingrid_deVries Hoi!
@Lonerinyouryard@Lonerinyouryard Hey there, Oh no, we're sorry to see and hear that. Please feel free to contact us via our complaint form and our team will have this corrected.

@Jod1e1992@Jod1e1992 Now, THAT is a challenge. Good thing is that you can store those at room temperature, and just keep a few in the fridge to get nice and cold when it's time to drink them. β€οΈ
@okokxndra@okokxndra That's so odd! We'd love to get our US support team to look into this (and also make things right). Just give them a shout via our official complaints form and they'll help you out after the weekend: https://t.co/Lu7aPWh0Qs
@haleydruscilla@haleydruscilla Sure thing! Chlormequat is actually allowed in Canada (we source oats from the US and Canada for our North American line), but they operate under strict restrictions on dosage and residual substances.
@Bullshi75277085 @Jacob_Rees_Mogg @Bullshi75277085 Oh, and you might also want to check

for more detailed info that won't fit in here given the characer limit. (3/3)
@Bullshi75277085 @Jacob_Rees_Mogg @Bullshi75277085 In the long term, however, we are also considering to turn them into edibles for human consumption. Or maybe you even have an idea on how to repurpose oat residues? Use this link if you want to share your ideas: https://t.co/rkch0XtCho (2/3)
@Bullshi75277085 @Jacob_Rees_Mogg @Bullshi75277085 What we do with the oat leftovers depends a bit on the production site you're looking at, but speaking generally aka globally, our residues are either used as animal feed by local farms or turned into biogas and bio-based fertilizer. (1/3)
