@hannibalsviolet ahh thanks that's such a good idea!! I need to get back into my oatmeal era bc I actually haven't had it in so long so I'll def give this a try
genuinely does anyone have any tips on restricting while also trying to maintain a high level of activity (and do it well, bc im training for a race)
like idk on the days I restrict heavily there is no way to maintain my training schedule
also i found a gym in this new town that has a hot tub and sauna on top of a good variety of equipment and I'm gonna get a trail pass this weekend, im so excited, i miss the gym so much
okay bc not too long ago I was fasting on another drive and got in an unexpected traffic jam that added 3 hours to my drive and I nearly fainted in the car and had the worst panic attack I've had in years
spent a super long weekend driving across the country and told myself I was gonna fast during the drives but actually fasting and driving for that long is really dangerous soooo decided against it
actually if i play my cards right it's looking like i may be able to have a very light dinner which is ideal and then this weekend I can easily do omads
it's going to be okay I have my long run today it's going to be okay I have my long run today it's going to be okay I have my long run today it's going to be
i think I'm starting to find a good balance between my intake and my running the past few days, I just need to try not to have panic attacks at lunch bc if I skip it i won't be able to run well and I already paid for this race so I have to run
