I told my niece I'd buy her an iPhone if she scored 300 and above in JAMB.
She's 17, wants to study Medicine, and has been borrowing her mum's phone to read past questions since January.
We made the deal in February. Handshake and everything.
Last week, her result dropped.
A phone conversation between a guy and his girlfriend has caught people’s attention. She kept refusing to pick his calls, saying she went to visit a friend but things got suspicious when she refused to let him speak to the “friend” and hung up instead. She didn’t pick when he called back. Na so love dey start to get k-leg😤
I didn't use to be a picture person. Not that I hated taking pictures, I simply forgot to take pictures.
So my only proof of attendance at events would be group pictures or unaware shots from nosy photographers. The only evidence of existence I had were selfie photos I was forced into by a friend.
But the past year, I've learnt the important of pictures and videos. I'll never go back to the year 2021, but whenever I scroll through the small collection of photos I had from that time, I momentarily get sent back in time.
And one day, in 20 years, I'll look back at this time, through the lens of the photographs and videos I force myself to take.
It's an opportunity that was never available to humans of the past
When you find yourself talking to ChatGPT about your relationship issues and solutions to them, is the time you know you are close to full blown madness and that is the perfect time to LEAVE.
🚨🗣️| Knicks player and Chelsea fan Josh Hart took a dig at Arsenal during the NBA finals press conference:
“Arsenal is not humble. Have they ever won a champions league? How long have they been around? They never won that? Okay. London's blue, never red. Up to Chelsea"
This shouldn't be a surprise to the average Nigerian. Most times I went to a pharmacy, it was always an illiterate i met there. The way she spoke, you'll know her highest degree is SSC.
At the end of the day, pharmacy is just a business to the average Nigerian. You don't have to have studied medicine related courses or gotten an official license to operate as a pharmacist.
This is why alot of Nigerians die due to wrong intake of drugs.
What a shame!
