@efwjahn Some EVs are OBD2 compliant and at some point they will all have to be compliant. We don't have much information on 500E yet, but it appears that it might not be fully OBD2 compliant.
@danardi_net You would need to purchase the add-on for the model year of your vehicle. I would suggest entering your full vehicle year, make, model, and option in the vehicle editor using the Select buttons and the app will tell you if the add-on is supported for your vehicle.
@TalentsourcerAU Our app will work with your vehicle as long as it's OBD2 compliant. The DPF PIDs are included in the standard app and will be available if supported by your vehicle.
@Ademo900 OBD Fusion will remember the last car you connected to or selected when you reopen the app, and will load that vehicle. Can you email our service directly so I can get some additional information about the problem you are having?
@Ademo900 OBD Fusion will load the last vehicle that you had selected when you start the app. If it's not the vehicle you are connecting to, it will switch vehicles once you connect. You can quickly switch vehicles from the main page by long pressing the vehicle icon at the bottom.
@kevinbarbourd After some investigation, we think the temporary folder where the add-ons download might be corrupted. If you can email us, we can help you get the issue resolved.
@kevinbarbourd We don't have 2022 enhanced diagnostics for Toyota yet. You could try the 2021 add-on and configure your vehicle as a 2021 vehicle in the vehicle editor.
