@ContourAirlines dealing with your customer service after they lost my luggage and I flew to Chicago for a funeral has been special. Did not mention or complain about the quality of the flight because the sewage was backed up and stunk the whole way to our first stop.

@gisdbuses waited out in the freezing weather for 25 mins for my child’s bus and then it never shows up. Called and was stated that there was a tweet saying they would be 30 mins late. Guess what. I looked thru all the tweets. Only tweet about 330 was on 5/22/22. Irritated

@gisdbuses bus 330 to Sachse never came by… came outside at 0622 and waited. Called multiple times finally got a hold of someone at 0645 stating they are 3 stops before and on the way. My child has to be at school 0720 and it’s 0706 and still no bus. This is ridiculous

@gisdbuses My daughter is in the magnet program and had a bus route last year. This year it was set till the first of August when a system error occurred and deleted the stop. Told me I need to give 5-7 days for it to be resolved and someone would contact me. Still waiting.

So this is the second day that @gisdbuses has not picked up my child after we waited over 30 mins in the cold and dark. If you’re gonna be late or not show please let the children and parents know.

The girls are in @gisdnews and still have school till next week when the rest of the schools are done or have been done since last week. They start back Aug 2. Anyone upset that they haven’t said that they are pushing for school all year round and this is how they are doing it?
