@bankofbaroda I never applied for a BOB Card, but a card ending with 6388 has been issued in my name. I have already requested cancellation but received no response. Please look into this urgently @PaisaBazaar_in#scam#fraud
@bobcardofficial Earlier, there was some confusion, which is why I returned the card. However, I would now like to use the BOB card that I originally applied for. I kindly request that you please send a new card to my registered address, which I have already provided via email.

I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] for card cancellation but till now I have not received any response from your team, this is very disappointing and bad experience @bobcardofficial when I don’t want this card then what the problem to cancel it
@bobcardofficial I have requested to cancel my card ending with 6288, which I never applied and I refused to accept it physically, still the your representative not cancelled my card saying there is outstanding amount of 5900 when I have not even accepted it
@bobcardofficial I just spoke to your customer care representative Aparna, she was very rude and she told me that there is outstanding amount of 5900 rs on my card, so cannot cancel it. But I have not used your card neither I have it physically, @bobcardofficial
