Experiencing some weird things while applying to some companies.

Most of the companies are posting for developers every couple of days or almost every week. But after applying to them, no response even that reply starting with “Unfortunately…..” is not coming. And the weird part is they pos circulars again.

Even some industry leading company also doing such things. Initially I thought its happening with me only, but after having some conversations with others, it’s same for most of the cases.

We can understand that posting circulars is a kind of marketing strategy but it’s also kind of playing with the job seekers who actually building the industry.

Every application has different questionaries and applicant has to respond them very carefully, it costs a lots of time, effort and hope. But all ruins without hearing back properly or not hearing back.

I hope the #founders will take this matter seriously to maintain a balance.
