@AmazonHelp It's not all about 'getting a refund' after each unpleasant experience. What about the TIME it took for both 1 + 2nd orders of same product?
I ordered a product I wanted, via a Brand I trusted to deliver it to me. Kindly investigate this & know what is actually goingon.

@AmazonUK hello, I ordered for an item late December/ 2025, with correct add & delivery instruction, but it was delivered to a wrong address. I got a refund for that...and because I really need this item, I re-ordered for another since January 5. It' s not yet delivered.
