One question came to mind while learning about @vangrid_io :

If people are recording real places, what happens when someone’s face or number plate enters the frame?

Vangrid handles that directly on the phone.

Its app detects and blurs both before the video is encoded, meaning the unblurred frames never leave the device.

The buyer receives the reconstructed 3D model. They never receive the contributor’s source video.

This detail matters to me. Physical AI needs ground-level data, and contributors need to know how the people around them are protected.
