In our current market conditions, @kountervailor noted the greater inherent value of each release. He said, "Whatever we release during this time is more valuable compared to when the sentiment was at an all-time high at the early stages of the project."

@pepe_designer echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that the projects that survive the bear markets are the strong ones and said, "For me, this moment is about building more, about building the identity, and delivering regardless of what is happening within the market around us."

**Game Development: RAK 3022**

Our very own @DesignOneforall is spearheading the video game development of the upcoming "RAK 3022" mini game. In sharing his vision for the project, @pepe_designer said, "I've always had a dream of developing a video game or a game experience."

**Apepe Dashboard**

To enhance the holder experience, we're launching the Apepe Dashboard. @kountervailor shared, "Our focus is to provide a single point of information from the project with Apepe-centric activities. We're also launching a Meme Generator tool and a section that features fun Apepe-centric tools built by our community members." Our ultimate goal is to provide one of the best holder experiences in web 3.

**Merch Orders**

Our limited edition merch line has encountered some delays but is due for release soon. @kountervailor explained, "We miscalculated the supply chain management time frames from the sample stage to the final production & order fulfillment stages. Nevertheless, we're excited to share brand new art designs by @pepe_designer created specifically for our exclusive merchandise collaboration release with @DudesFactory"

**IP Rights & Terms Of Service**

We have engaged a legal counsel well versed in the web3 space to finalize our Terms of Service and NFT License documents. @kountervailor assured, "The documents are 80% complete, and we've gone through a number of revisions to ensure the protection of our holders and enforce the longevity of the project."

**Zombie Purge & Apepe Rebirth**

In the near future, we will host a burn event where holders can choose to sacrifice a Zombie Apepe, making the Zombie Apepe collection deflationary. The Apepe Rebirth event, scheduled for the end of the year, will introduce a refreshed and updated version of the Apepes. This will symbolize the growth of our project, complete our rebranding efforts, and further enhance our brand's uniqueness.

5️⃣ Post-Rebirth Genesis Retention: Even as we update our art, the essence of the Genesis Apepe collection remains. Post art update, you'll still be able to cherish the original genesis Apepe art, preserving the legacy of our beginnings.

**Apepe Council**

@ceotim announced the establishment of an official Apepe Council. This first version of the council will consist of community members handpicked by the team to represent the wide range of diversity of our holders. We'll invite the community to vote for two members to join the second version of the Apepe Council.
