@joansview@DavidJHarrisJr The spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ wrote the bible but if he uttered this in Canada? Jailtime.
Levi20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
@thehat2k5@DavidJHarrisJr Nope
Mark 9:45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:
Mark 9:46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.
@BlackRue_@thehat2k5@DavidJHarrisJr Repenting of sin is works. Salvation is not of works but by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
I do agree he’s wrong though
@_Achetypal The spirit of the LORD Jesus Christ wrote the entire bible.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
@TalbottMark@BrysonGray I don’t say he wasn’t obeying God. I am saying that his act justified him among men.
His act justifies him for me. But this has nothing to do with what justifies someone before God. Remember Genesis 15:6?
@TalbottMark@BrysonGray Isaac was on the mountain.
We know his testimony through the bible. That’s how WE justify him: by reading the bible.
God doesn’t NEED physical eyes to see a man’s heart:
Genesis 15:6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
@TalbottMark@BrysonGray The person seeing the faith through works is MAN not God.
Physical eyes see works.
“But not before God”
Romans 4:2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
@TalbottMark@BrysonGray “But not before God” — before men.
Romans 4:2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
Save from chastening not condemnation.
@BrysonGray “ye believed, ye were sealed”
Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
@BrysonGray And you didn’t read the thirteenth verse of the chapter before that.
Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
@LegendaryH8150@BrysonGray@bannedpastor There's only one salvation, calling upon the name of the LORD.
Genesis 4:26 And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD.
@LegendaryH8150@BrysonGray@bannedpastor “But not before God”
So even backslidden Christians are saved.
Romans 4:2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.

@CdnRollor@paul77p@RealMattA_ Their right to express themselves is not contingent on an arbitrary standard or “respect.” Canada already has laws that define harm on others. This generally means imminent physical harm.
