I really think the creator didn't realize that targeting the Elon Derangement Syndrome crowd means they would reject a documentary about him outright and not give it a chance. Even if the marketing made him look bad it was still "Something With/From The Bad Man Who Must Not Be Named."

The Pro-Elon crowd probably uses X and have known since inception, through Elon's own posting, that the dude was making a biased hit piece that wasn't worth watching so you weren't exactly tricking those people into spending millions on it either.

Visa holders/Non-citizens were given special Small Business Association loan approvals with special rates up until a few months ago.

This means they got (basically) automatic approval for large amounts of money with very low interest when most average americans were rejected or subject to income/asset/credit requirements that didn't exist for them.

Gas stations, specifically, must have been a series of factors (Timing, economy, culture, established group bias in the industry already) that made that demographic choose them. They are extremely profitable and were relatively cheap (like Hotels used to be) so they became a nationwide infection vector for the "Here is free money, buy a business" crowd.

Bethesda is taking on a lot of the rats fleeing all of the other sinking ships but the new management at Microsoft has already slapped Todd Howard in the mouth for being terrible over Fallout/Elder Scrolls by giving games to someone else so I assume that management style will limit any of the damage these infectious and noxious liberal activists bring.

The problem is when they are the entire organization all the way up to executive leadership so the CTOs and CEOs are doing land acknowledgements and have their clits hard to spend 8 months virtue signaling with the script and re-writes or whatever.

Baldur's Gate 3 was a good game that gave players choices. They didn't have to deal with it if they didn't want to. They could deal with it if they did.

Veilguard/E-Day/30 other woke games make it a feature to awkwardly insert, broadcast and rub your face in these topics, characters and subjects because the developers are activists who wanted to use their platform to be political and not just make good games.

Had Baldur's Gate 3 been as poorly designed as the other Bioware games and forced you to sit through political cutscenes that eliminated the agency players loved about the game by dictating to you what you should feel/think about the situations in it ...then it wouldn't have done as well.
