I think this goes without saying but Wagner is not your ally even if they want to topple Putin/MoD. The best case scenario is they start killing each other, it goes completely out of hand and Ukrainians take back what's theirs as quickly as possible.

Wagner and Prigozhin are not anti-war. They are rebelling against Russian military leadership to take over - to kill Ukrainians more efficiently Shoigu does.

They are not saying the war is pointless. They just want more power to kill Ukrainians.
