They will never release something like undoing cap breakers or anything related to builds

@JoeKnowsYT There's also if you miss 3 shots in a row, they completely remove the artificial delay. If you make 3 in a row they turn it back on. It also happens if you shoot over 75% fg across your attempts.

@JoeKnowsYT Everytime you shoot theres "noise" Your jumper can either be 2% slower or 2% faster. Theres still rng in the game.
