@LamptonLeisure Heston pool was pristine when it reopened after Covid. I have reported it to the staff but I am sad as I watch the pool tiles change from white, to yellow, to green and now black. #cleanyourpool!

@247homerescue Hi, I am having problems with your app. There seems to be no link to ask why the minuscule amount of money offered by your Mediation team has not been sent! #watchdog #fca # trading practices #MartinLewis

[kris hobin @hobi12]

@247homerescue As usual with your quality customer services I have had a response back from your complaints team you haven't read the email and pointed out what you wanted didn't answer any of the questions will be contacting trading standards as had enough now @TradeStandards

[AndAnotherThing @letmetellyou12]

@247homerescue are you deliberately trying to antagonise me? I have just received a call asking if everything is ok now that the repair has been done!!
What repair??? Nothing has been done!! https://t.co/zrTPSAm3pF

@247homerescue @Da10thwonda @BBCWatchdog Huh? Why am I welcome? Promised compensation but non coming.

@247HelpTeam Not feeling the love...your L&C Officer refusing to resend the letter of offer that he claims was sent and say why my Complaint was closed. Nothing but curt, snappy, non communicative emails from Mr H Ali.

[Vivienne Wh1te1am @oblivivious]

@KeithNoel4 @247HelpTeam Thanks for your support and idea. As it happens, I did ask the comparison website why 247 are not registered with the FCA but maybe I will point out that consumers need to warned.

@xfilesgem @247homerescue Please do let me know if you find any legal authority which 247 do obey as I would like to lodge my complaint with them as well.

@xfilesgem @247homerescue I found that although the Financial Ombudsman was keen to, they could not get involved with 247 because 247 are not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.
