@yuanyi_z IIT is good, fine. But big big big difference between someone who when to IIT for undergrad vs IIT for postgrad studies. A BSc from Delhi University is nothing much compared to a BTech from IIT

@Sudharman23 Very few countries, if any at all, feature live operative experience in their exit exam/board certification pathway. A well maintained logbook and daily assessment of OR performance by preceptors is sufficient.
@Sudharman23 Thirdly, microsurgical skills often take years to master, and learning continues far beyond the residency years. Fourth, an experienced examiner can usually determine from an oral viva alone whether an examinee has been observant “enough” in the OR.

Would you rather have college students handcuffed and forced unwillingly to sit through your lecture? Do you value freedom and free will of your audience over a little ego bruising?
