The “Mundhawa Deal” was not just an irregular transaction — it was a serious breach of law and public trust.

Considering the gravity of the case, the government has suspended the Sub-Registrar involved.

While registering the deed worth ₹300 crore, serious irregularities were committed, resulting in stamp duty loss of over ₹6 crore and clear harm to public interest.

Shockingly, the 7/12 extract itself mentioned “Government of Mumbai” as the holder, yet the registration went ahead without mandatory verification or NOC.

The government has now officially confirmed these findings.

Truth is finally surfacing.

Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) has revealed the complete plan to create an expressway from Pune to Ch. Sambhajinagar. It would be developed in three phases as mentioned below:

• Phase 1: Pune-Shirur Elevated Corridor
• Phase 2: Shirur-Ch. Sambhajinagar Greenfield Expressway
• Phase 3: Pune-Shirur Greenfield Expressway

Out of these, the phase 1 is currently underway with financial bids recently opening for Pune-Shirur elevated corridor. Welspun Enterprises has emerged as the L1 bidder for this project.

छत्रपती संभाजीनगर ते अहिल्यानगर या रस्त्याची अत्यंत वाईट अवस्था आहे. रस्त्यावर ठिकठिकाणी खड्डे पडले असून अनेक ठिकाणी हा तो उखडलेल्या अवस्थेत आहे. यामुळे नागरीकांना अक्षरशः मनःस्ताप सहन करावा लागत आहे. हा रस्ता दोन मोठ्या शहरांना जोडतो. येथून होणारी वाहतूक देखील लक्षणीय आहे. परंतु तरीही हा रस्ता दुरुस्त करण्यासाठी शासनाकडून आवश्यक ती तत्परता दाखवली जात नाही ही खेदाची बाब आहे. माझी केंद्रीय रस्ते व महामार्ग मंत्री नितीन जी गडकरी यांना नम्र विनंती आहे की कृपया आपण हा रस्ता लवकरात लवकर दुरुस्त करण्याच्या सूचना संबंधितांना द्याव्या.

लोकसभा आणि विधानसभा निवडणुकीत तुम्ही श्रीमंत मराठ्यांना पाठिंबा दिला होता. आगामी स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांच्या निवडणुकीत तुम्ही पुन्हा तीच भूमिका घ्याल आणि गरीब मराठ्यांना मूर्ख बनवाल का?
