Study is not random screen time. Study should be intentional:

• Mark your higher timeframe levels (Weekly & Daily)
• Identify where price is most likely to react
• Define your bias - bullish, bearish or neutral (DOL)
• Note the areas you want to trade from, not chase price into
• Accept where you’re wrong before the market even opens

This removes hesitation during the week. You’re no longer reacting emotionally. You’re executing a prepared plan.

Confidence during the week comes from clarity on Sunday.

If you didn’t study, you’re walking into the market unprepared.
