This year, we assess how our forecasts have performed against outturn for 2024-25 and focus on the performance of our July 2020, March 2023, and March 2024 forecasts. It also includes a topical chapter on fiscal multiplier performance, and summarises lessons for forecasting the impact of energy price shocks.
