Hey everyone,
As you may or may not have seen, February is stepping back from the project to take a break from the stress of game management. We fully support their decision as we prioritize the health and well being of each one of our members.

To clear up any confusion regarding the previous announcement: the project is not canceled, it is not canned, it is not over. February has trusted me and has made me the main lead of this project for the time being.

the stress is really getting to me as well as it’s affecting my friends and other people working on the game, it would just be better to let it go.

@aliceasteriskk - simply for being an exdev. you do make a good point though, but the main reason he was given the ability TO make models for placeholders in the first place was because the contract he had with february, which included him staying and finishing work he never finished.

@aliceasteriskk we currently have a very small development team because that's what we limited it to be. we've had people in our DMs asking to be hired but we've declined and told them to wait until applications come, and we did not want to give ex-devs the chance to just jump back on ship-

@aliceasteriskk also [forgot to add onto this] , our modelers are not as experienced as fg ones!! our team is very tiny and we don't plan on letting it grow big, which is another reason why we relied on his models.

I didn’t think I would need to make this announcement yet, especially since the agreement had not officially ended, but since ownership has been transferred to me, I feel that I need to properly act in my role as the person now responsible for the game and be as transparent [🧵]

His part of the agreement is now practically finished, and he has been removed from both the development team and the community server. I wanted to be transparent about this so everyone understands what happened and there isn’t any unnecessary confusion or speculation [🧵]
