Haitians on expired TPS CANNOT remain in the U.S. and apply for visas from inside the country!
🗣️ 🗣️ 🗣️
Once TPS ended they are without lawful immigration status. To pursue any new visa or adjustment of status, they MUST leave the United States and apply through standard consular processing from Haiti.
Staying unlawfully will trigger immediate removal and will create additional bars to future legal entry.
Applications from abroad are subject to STRICT eligibility review and there is NO guarantee of approval.
For Haitian applicants specifically, visa services at the U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince are currently PAUSED due to security conditions.
Processing for Haitian nationals has been shifted to other U.S. embassies/consulates such as Nassau, Bahamas, which adds further DELAYS and logistical challenges.
As a result, new visa applications face extended backlogs and CANNOT be processed quickly.
They shut down Alligator Alcatraz.
And DHS announced it is selling or transferring 7 of 11 warehouses across the country bought to house detained illegals.
What are we even doing here, folks?
I’m at this point.
Yes deportations are happening.
But not in MASS numbers, we have two years left to fix this mess.
It’s time to not worry about pissing the Dems off.
That is all I’m saying.
We must mass deport because that fixes a lot of problems and saves us money long term.
Texas passes a resolution declaring March 23 as “Pakistan Day.”
Yes — that’s now an officially acknowledged day in a U.S. state.
Celebrating anything in America other than “America Day” shouldn’t be happening.
Meanwhile in Dearborn, Muslims are reportedly demanding that churches stop ringing their bells on Sunday.
“This is a Muslim-majority city and you have to respect us. According to Sharia, church bells cannot be louder than our Islamic call to prayer.”
Do not give them an inch!
Fuck this shit,I live in Springfield and they've been bullshitting us for a year now and now we can send them home and Fucking Markwayne wants to allow them to stay
@PressSec Does this administration give a shit about what happened to Springfield Ohio and other towns? There should be public sharing of progress towards restoring these communities
@OcrazioCornPop@POTUS@StephenM@Scavino47 this guy has to go - he is so far in over his head!
He was President Trump’s worst appointment so far! Time to cut the cord and set him free!
Kristi has bigger balls, guts and grit than this guy!
This announcement from @SecMullinDHS is not enforcement—it’s a clear failure of leadership. Haitians who have been in the U.S. for years under Temporary Protected Status are now being invited to apply for permanent residency or temporary visas right here, while the administration offers airfare and taxpayer assistance for those who choose to return.
That is not the mass deportation mandate the American people voted for. It is weakness dressed up as policy—afraid to enforce the law and more concerned with avoiding offense than protecting our sovereignty and security.
Compounding the damage, @SecMullinDHS is now pushing his close ally into the @ICEgov Director role. We did not vote for this. We did not vote for pathways to residency or crony appointments in critical enforcement positions.
As long as this kind of leadership remains in place, we will not get the results we were promised. These decisions are actively undermining border security and the rule of law.
We will not be silent. Keep posting. Keep exposing. Keep the momentum going. The American people are watching, and we will hold them accountable!
