KIDNEY FAILURE at the age of 30.
Runs half-marathons.
Perfect diet.
No smoking. No alcohol.
But ONE common over-the-counter habit quietly suffocated his kidneys in a matter of days.
A medical thread on what actually happened 👇
We can't keep waiting for the world to bring industrial automation to Nigeria. We have to start building it ourselves.
After 300+ hours of non-stop fabrication, spending more than 5kg in material, and gathering hundreds of individual components, this is the foundation of a 6-axis robotic arm built entirely from scratch.
They say hardware is hard. Doing it here is even harder. But holding the pieces of what this could become is a feeling I can't quite describe. Let's see if all the math was right. Assembly begins tomorrow.
Last year, I helped over 30 adults overcome their fear of water.
This year, I’m opening my doors to help even more people.
Here’s the part most people don’t expect👇🏽
🟦 I didn’t start swimming at 7.
🟦 I don’t have 12 years of experience.
🟦 I started swimming at 19 years old, as a 100-level student.
Today, at 21, I’ve earned 7🎖️ national medals, several school awards, and recognition through swimming.
How I got here?
That’s a story for another day.
Growing up, swimming wasn’t even a thought.
No hotels, no pools, no leisure outings.
It was home → school → church → home.
I was that “bóóti” child.
(Only later did I realize I was actually a freebird waiting for a chance.)
Swimming only entered my life because I gained admission into a department where swimming was compulsory.
If not for that single requirement, I’d probably be a Law student today with little or no interest in law.
And honestly?
Many people in their early 20s, late 20s, even early 30s grew up just like this.
❌ No hangouts.
❌ No pool visits.
❌ No exposure.
Some of you have never entered water at all.👀
Others already decided swimming “is not for them” because of scary stories or past experiences.
And for some, it simply felt too expensive or inaccessible.
I understand, truly.
That’s exactly why I’m doing this.
This year, I want to help more people feel safe, confident, and capable in water, at their own pace.
If you’re serious about learning how to swim and overcoming that fear,
send me a DM and let’s talk about how swimming can be part of your story this year.
For serious people only.
