DEPERATE TWEET. how do I contact @lastminute_com? Won’t answer calls, complaints department closed. 4 months after cancelling flights there is only a voucher email with no info, no link and a message saying call @vueling. Completely Shafted! Reg EU261 states this is illegal! Help

Booked a 1st class ticket for a busy train after week of nights and @greateranglia cancelled a carriage and my reservation so now tired, angry and stood up all the way Norwich for £78!! Need refund/complaints form!!
