Self discipline is what everyone should be taught from childhood or needs to learn as an adult. Once you are able to discipline your desire (be it greed for money or material things, lust for sex, gluttony, penchant for gossip, jealousy/envy, craze for fetish/juju things, etc),

@officialnairam1 @facebook @MetaNewsroom Meta disabled my FBK & IG without warning or notification. All I got was a flash message about my FBK being suspended on the app and that I should appeal. Guess the appeal? I should do a video selfie. I did & in less than five minutes, it was disabled.
