@BBCr4today There needs to be a big other haul with the trains and the disabled.
Despite booking assistance I was refused help and a ramp because I was in the wrong area of the platform/station. One person tells you one thing and then someone else tells you something else.

@AvantiWestCoast Congratulations on your appalling consideration and helpfulness towards the disabled yet again!!!
Maybe you need to travel with @Se_Railway to see how passengers with disabilities should really be treated!

@AvantiWestCoast @Se_Railway Euston St. .. I've just got on a train having had to go and find out what was going on. I have never felt so belittled in my life. Just because I'm in a wheelchair does not mean I should be treated differently to everyone else.

@AvantiWestCoast @Se_Railway I booked assistance and proceeded to the platform. The platform staff refused to put me on the train or contact anyone who could put me on the train despite the fact that there was 5 of them doing nothing. I'm not sat on an empty platform not knowing what to do next.

@JeremyClarkson It had me crying with laughter and crying with sadness! Not many programmes can do that in such a short space of time. Keep up the good work!

@MyTenterden It wasn't that many years ago a poor lady fell over while crossing the road and stumbled in a pot hole
Unfortunately she lost her life
Does this need to happen again before they are sorted

@emmalou25 Unfortunately there is a lot less wheelchair seats available and a lot of people who want them!

This time both me and my carer have tried today and Wednesday and can't get them for Sheffield or the o2. I have ended up buying floor seats and will have everyone standing around me most tne time

@UMusicuk I can't thank you enough for the tickets to @greatestdaysuk premiere. Myself & @sallypett had one of the most amazing days. Didn't quite get out selfie with @HowardDonald but im sure our time will come.
