@SkyHelpIreland Also clarity on bill is not correct. States that Sky kids chargeable at €10 per month but agent says it is chargeable at €5 per month! This is what I have been trying to cancel for 3 month and only got resolved today. No credit though!

@SkyIreland Sky support???? What an absolute joke. Passed through to 3 different depts to deal with a simple query and still no joy. Now back at the first dept!!! #merrygoround

@SkyHelpIreland Issue still not fully resolved however lesson to be learned is that if you downgrade package, ensure you get email confirmation. Downgrade only applied today having previously downgraded 3 mths ago and still being charged. Was also told it was cancelled Friday but obviously not.
