The California Supreme Court heard arguments concerning an election fraud investigation in Riverside County in which ~650,000 ballots were seized by Sheriff Chad Bianco. As soon as it was discovered, Democrat Attorney General Rob Bonta put a stop to the investigation with a court order. This is the continuation of the battle.

Interestingly, the California legislature immediately passed a bill forbidding future investigations by local law enforcement officers, and Gavin Newsom signed it into law.

In a related note, the legislature also passed the so-called "anti-Nick Shirley Act", which effectively forbids inquiry by journalists into potentially fraudulent "immigration services" of the type he found here in California and in Minnesota.

So in summary, the Democrat regime here has rapidly passed laws forbidding the investigation of election fraud and immigration services fraud. The Democrats do not want people looking into what they're doing, so they pass laws CRIMINALIZING INQUIRY.

The new mail-in ballot procedure isn’t something to be afraid of. It works like this:

1. The state provides a list of the ballots they intend to mail out.

2. USPS assigns a unique barcode to each.

3. When the ballot is mailed out, this barcode is scanned to ensure uniqueness and that it matches. If there is no match or it’s a duplicate, it is not delivered.

4. When the voter mails the ballot back, the USPS scans it again and checks to make sure it matches what went out and isn’t a duplicate. Any ballots that don’t match won’t be delivered.

5. This is all done on the exterior envelope. The USPS isn’t determining eligibility or deciding who gets a ballot. They can’t see the actual votes. They are essentially just ensuring there are no duplicates, that the number mailed in isn’t greater than the number mailed out, and that the person mailing one in was the same person who received them.

This is a common sense solution and is completely reasonable.

Why would anyone oppose it unless their intention is to cheat?

🚨BREAKING: Gavin Newsom’s California JUST BANNED 70% OF YOUR TIRES.

Starting in 2029, and getting even stricter in 2033, the California Energy Commission is forcing tires to meet extreme new “efficiency” standards. Industry experts say this will wipe out roughly 70% of the tires currently on the shelves.

Who pushed this? Commissioner Nancy Skinner revived a 23-year-old law that had been ignored. The entire Commission is appointed by Gavin Newsom.

The state claims the new tires will only cost a few extra dollars. Tire companies say the real price hike could be hundreds of dollars per set because all the affordable options are about to disappear.

Fewer choices. Higher prices. Another “solution” from Sacramento that makes life more expensive for regular people. This is what one-party rule looks like.

They are actually ADMITTING what we have known all along. Polls showing Karen Bass way AHEAD in the Los Angeles primary election were…FAKE.

Yep. You heard me. FAKE polls were INTENTIONALLY published to mislead the public during an election.

Someone needs to go to prison for election interference and wire FRAUD.

It CANNOT be legal to KNOWINGLY publish FAKE POLL results before and during an election and only admit it as an “oopsie ha ha” months later.

And, let me guess, Karen Bass will conveniently never recommend the DA prosecute because the fraudulent polls…helped her. But she had “no idea” the polls her own campaign shared were fake. Yeah no one with a brain buys that.

Dirty, dirty political tricks that once again screw over real voters and tax paying Angelenos who are SICK TO DEATH of our elections being absolute clown shows.

This is INFURIATING and puts every election “poll” in question as intentional and malicious ELECTION INTERFERENCE.
