The same day the city unilaterally *tries* to disassemble #GeorgeFloydSquare a federal fugitive task force kills #WinstonSmith & releases unsubstantiated allegations to press to fabricate why they murdered a man in cold blood on the streets of uptown.

The man shot and killed Thursday by law enforcement in the Uptown area of Minneapolis was identified as 32-year-old Winston Boogie Smith.

Authorities said there is no squad or body camera video of the shooting.
