Soon humans using a steering wheel to drive (as opposed to letting the cars computer do it) will be frowned upon similarly to how drunk driving is

The fact that I get to lay down at night and know that when I wake up I get to have a beautiful cup of hot coffee is really something ☕️

OCD feels urgent, like a phone ringing that you NEED to answer.
So you check this hypothetical phone call. Then you analyze it. Then you try to “figure it out” or “solve it.” And every time you pick up this kind of “phone call,” you’re teaching your OCD that his call matters to you, or matters @ all.
And what happens next?
📞 He calls again.
📞 And again.
📞 And louder.
Something that’s helped me is not going & “solving” every thought (sitting there & not solving an Obsessive Thought can be unbelievably difficult). But It’s trying to not do this & trying to not “answer every call” that OCD gives you.
Let that MF ring. Delay it if you can. Ignore it for as long as you can. This is something that might help you take some power back from him. We DON’T want to be controlled by every thought that pops up.
OCD Is Real.

A lot of people with OCD feel uncomfortable talking about it (because it’s really god damn hard to do so).
The thoughts that come along with OCD can be strange, confusing, hard to explain, & hard for other people to relate to.
So a lot of the time, people end up fighting OCD quietly. & sometimes there are signs that show up in ways that don’t “look” like OCD at all.
For ex. exhaustion from constantly battling your own thoughts, random frustration or anger out of no where because of mental pressure, spending a lot of time in one area because it’s a safety zone for you. etc.
A lot of OCD struggles are INVISIBLE. But a lot of the time, you maybe be able to notice something going on on the outside.
If you deal with something like this, you’re not the only one experiencing it. & if you notice something like this, maybe consider saying something to someone.
OCD Is Hard, OCD Is Real.

Why Fighting OCD Thoughts Makes Them Worse (Wack-a-Mole Explained)
OCD can be very similar to a game of wack-a-mole.
A thought will pop up, & the instinct is to hit / get rid of that thought. You want to make it go away as fast as you can. Just like you would in a game of wack-a-mole.
But OCD isn’t a game with a timer. It doesn’t just end. The more you try to “win” by fighting every thought, the more & more stuck you might feel.
With OCD the skill isn’t in reacting fast enough or “perfectly” enough. The “skill” or something that may help may be in not reacting at all / reacting as little as you can (which is a really god darn hard thing to do).
Sometimes, the more you stop “hitting the moles,” the quieter they may become.
OCD Is Real.

Not sure if anyone is interested in or currently in the market for getting a "wearable" but I've tried plenty of them (Whoop, Apple Watch etc) & this little thing (Oura Ring) is really freaking awesome #Oura
OCD is & always will be a REALLY good liar.
He has a great ability to say certain things that feel very logical…
“This time is different.” “You need to figure this out.” “You need to be 100% sure.” “What if this thought means something about you?” etc.
While all these things OCD says are lies, they can & do feel very real in the moment.
But a lot of people with OCD hear very similar lies, just dressed up in different situations / scenarios.
If you’ve “heard” any of these lies, you are not alone.
How WWE Helps me w/ My OCD & Mental Health
There’s only a few constants that have been with me since the beginning of my OCD story, and WWE is one of them. Wrestling has helped me along with my ride, along with many others on there’s. Thankful for what WWE is & what it represents.

OCD Can Make You Do Weird Things
A story about how OCD almost made me move away from where I live currently (my home).
Wether it be alcohol, drugs, video games, food, “moving”, etc sometimes it’s a good idea to sit back, take a breath & make sure you’re doing things for the “correct” reason.
It’s not good to be doing something just to escape.

Something that everyone has in common is that we all have “time.” While we cannot directly “choose” what all our time gets taken up by we all have our time taken up by something. Some of the things that take up my time are Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Crypto (or investing / dreaming) & family / loved ones / relationships. While OCD does get on my nerves of course, & obviously the other two can bring me a bunch of joy, I’m not so sure if I would replace any of these three things for something else. A little vlog of some things I do “OCD, Crypto, Family.”
P.S. If I had a “give me OCD or give me no OCD” option I would of course choose no OCD. However, also kind of thankful for it in a weird way lol 👀

OCD is something thats been attached to my life for 16 years now, and it’s something that is a big MF (thats just what it is lol). For the last few years I’ve found many people on Instagram / the internet who also go through OCD as I do & what they share is very awesome for me to see (as someone with OCD). A little while ago I was talking about some stuff that I was going through out loud at my home. I have since turned that into a little bit of a post. Sharing happy / celebratory stuff is obviously a fantastic thing to do but I think sharing some struggles can be a very impactful thing to someone. This is 7 minutes of me referencing what I go through (OCD).
P.S. I am perfectly okay :) this post is for the possibility that someone might connect w/ it.

NYC Summer 2025☀️
Me & Erica take a trip to NYC once every Summer & once every winter. It’s always an awesome time. On this trip we got to see the July 4 fireworks at the bottom of Manhattan. I’m not really a “fireworks guy” but these bad boys were something special. A good weekend in NYC.

I used to get a lot of Tattoos. & I used to love getting tattoos. It felt like I should have been getting them, almost like a feeling of relief or a sense of accomplishment. I never knew why this was nor did I ever give it much thought, I just knew I couldn’t wait for my next tattoo. I’ve been dealing with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) since I was younger (14) and one of the hardest things I’ve dealt with (and still do) is recognizing & talking about my OCD. For the first many years of my OCD I pretended as if nothing was happening to me, didn’t know what was happening to me, & didn’t know how to communicate about what was happening to me. When I found tattoos (18) I immediately fell in love with them. But as I stated up top, I didn’t know why, I just knew I loved them. Looking back on my tattoo journey (at age 29), I can see why younger me fell in love. This ink gave me the ability to have a voice about something that I wanted to talk about so badly, but didn’t know. These tattoos gave me the ability to speak about what was happening to me, what was helping me, what was hurting me, and what I was going through when I didn’t know who to talk to, or how to talk about these things (OCD). Yes, getting a tattoo is literally just me putting ink on my body & not really communicating much about the topic. But at the time, even just communicating this little bit through ink to “myself” felt so powerful. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (what most of my tattoos are about) hurt me. And it’s something that can be very painful, & can leave someone feeling very lonely & scared. These tattoos that I have gave me a voice to talk about my OCD & helped me when I dearly needed a way to just talk. I’m so happy I found tattoos when I did. I love them.
P.S. some people may not find tattoos / an outlet, and may really just need someone to just talk to. So just be nice to people & listen to them if they want to talk.
P.S. P.S. I will not ever be getting another tattoo because they hurt so unbelievably bad lol
