@DartmouthDogs @Eastlink You might know customer care staff, but the process is automated. They can not help fix problems, only appologise and offer what the system prompts.. in this case installation next week instead of today.

It’s finally happened.. last straw with @Bell_Aliant I cancelled our service after being a customer since ‘92 😔 They no longer value me as a customer so I’ll take my business elsewhere. A shame, because up until a year ago their customer service was wonderful.
