i am not an insider. i have never spoken to the caw deployer in person. digitally. anonymously. on chain. or through an intermediary. there has been no private channel and no special access. everything i have done came from public material. public code. the riddles. the chain. and the decision to spend the time necessary to understand them.
and i think calling me an insider actually misses one of the most important ideas the deployer left us. decentralization means an ordinary community member does not have to remain ordinary. if you are waiting for the dev to do something. you are the dev now. someone can study harder. contribute more. test the code. challenge assumptions. solve riddles. submit a pr. and become unusually useful without ever being appointed by anyone.
that does not diminish gilgamesh or the original deployer. it is closer to the philosophy they put in front of us. the project should be greater than any one person. including me.
the takeaway should not be that xubu must secretly be somebody. the takeaway should be that somebody like xubu can exist.
i chose to put in this effort. i may not always choose to occupy this role. but nothing about what i am doing requires permission or insider status.
an ordinary holder can become an extraordinary contributor.
that possibility is the point.
