🚨 #BREAKINGNEWS The Department of Justice says Judge Cannon lacks any authority to stop the release of Special Counsel Jack Smith's report being released to the public. 🚨
TODAY:
-Donald Trump is sentenced in NY
-Rudy Giuliani contempt hearing in DC
-DOJ making emergency bid to overturn Cannon’s order blocking release of Jack Smith report
At 3 am, the DOJ filed a notice of appeal seeking to reverse Judge Cannon's order that stops the release of the Jack Smith final report on Donald Trump.
That, and this line in the filing, indicate how prosecutors realize the importance of the report going public before Jan 20.
Tomorrow's gonna be a bonkers news day. Rudy Giuliani has a contempt hearing in front of Judge Beryl Howell for continuing to defame Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, Trump could be sentenced in Manhattan, and the 11th Circuit could rule on whether the Jack Smith report gets released. Buckle in!
He worked on his eulogy for tomorrow

Today, we honor the life of Jimmy Carter, a man who dedicated himself to serving others. From his military service to his presidency and his tireless humanitarian efforts, he embodied selflessness and compassion.
His heart matched the greatness of his legacy. Rest in peace, President Carter.
In a sign of respect, every President, Vice President and First Lady put their hands over their hearts as President Carter’s casket moved past — except for one. You can guess who. Such disrespect! 🤬
President Jimmy Carter was a gifted man who walked with humility, modesty, and grace. On Tuesday, I had the honor of delivering a eulogy at his Lying in State Ceremony.
Today, we will gather at the National Cathedral to reflect on President Carter's life of service to our nation and the world.
