Harvard Medical School tested what happens when an AI diagnoses real Emergency Room patients.

A patient walked into Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston with routine respiratory symptoms. Recent organ transplant. Immunosuppressed. The doctors treated it as a standard case.

The AI flagged a flesh-eating infection.

12 to 24 hours before the human physicians became suspicious, the AI had already identified it. The patient needed emergency surgery. The AI saw it first. From nothing but the text in the chart.

This is not hypothetical. It is published in Science, April 30, 2026. The lead authors are Peter Brodeur and Thomas Buckley. The co-senior authors are Arjun Manrai at Harvard Medical School and Adam Rodman at Beth Israel. The model they tested was OpenAI o1.

They ran it on 76 real ER patients at Beth Israel. Not textbook cases. Real people who walked into a real hospital.

At triage, when information is sparsest, the AI identified the correct diagnosis 67.1% of the time. The first attending got 55.3%. The second attending got 50.0%. It used only the text in the electronic health records. No imaging. No physical exam. No bedside manner. Just the notes.

On management decisions, the AI scored a median 89%. Physicians using UpToDate and their full clinical references scored 34%.

On the 100 most challenging diagnostic cases ever published by the New England Journal of Medicine, the AI included the correct diagnosis nearly 80% of the time.

As of 2025, 1 in 5 doctors and nurses worldwide already use AI for a second opinion on complex cases. More than half want to.

Here is where the fight starts.

A Harvard Medical School researcher not involved in the study said this. "When we say clinical reasoning, it doesn't mean the same thing as model reasoning. These models have been optimized to do sequential thought that we call reasoning, but it's not at all the same thing as how we teach medical students to reason."

The AI does not feel the pulse. It does not hear the hesitation in a voice. It does not notice the thing the patient did not say. It processes text.

And it was more accurate than the humans who wrote that text.

Arjun Manrai, the lead Harvard researcher, said it plainly. "We're witnessing a really profound change in technology that will reshape medicine." Then he added the line the AI cannot say for itself. "Humans want humans to guide them through challenging treatment decisions."

The question is no longer whether AI can diagnose you. It can. The question is whether you want it to.

Dr. Brian Hooker secretly recorded a senior CDC scientist, Dr. William Thompson, who made a shocking admission.

Let me tell you how it happened. Nigeria’s ginger export hit zero from N26 billion within 3 years.

The official story blames fungal blight.

But here is what actually happened. When Nigerian farmers lost their indigenous seed supply, grant-aided interventions arrived with replacement seeds.

An associate professor at Lagos Business School flagged publicly that some of those interventions involved GMO organisms that weakened indigenous crops and compromised soil health.

That is not a conspiracy theory because it is a documented academic concern.

Now that Nigeria spoke got destroyed by the GMO seedlings….what is not the result?

Nigeria was forced to import ginger from China to fill domestic demand. Chinese ginger has none of the pungency, oleoresin content, or quality that made Nigerian ginger a global premium product. And the ginger now sitting in Nigerian markets tastes like wood because it essentially is wood.

The two indigenous varieties that built Nigeria’s global ginger reputation, the Tafin Giwa and Yatsun Biri, had decades of soil relationship and quality built into them.

Once the soil was degraded and those seed varieties were displaced, the product that returned was a pale imitation. Nigeria did not just lose a market. It lost a seed. And without a National Ginger Seed Bank, which nobody has built, it may never fully get it back.

“Although I am not a doctor, but what we saw on these front lines, we knew what was happening. When asked for the ibuprofen it was contraindicated. When asked why aren’t we giving them steroids they said ‘following orders.’ This has led to the sheer number of deaths that have occurred in these hospitals.

I didn’t see a single patient die of COVID but I’ve seen a substantial number of patients die of negligence and medical malfeasance.

When I was on the front lines of New York, unfortunately known globally as the nurse sobbing saying ‘murdering my patients,’ pharmaceutical companies decided to practice on the minorities, on the disadvantaged, on marginalized populations that we know had no advocates for because we all saw it was killing the patients.

As nurses, we’ve collected a statistical or descriptive amount of information back that we may not get from doctors… so we’ve collected data from these cases across the country… because I formed the organization American Frontline Nurses and advocacy network so nurses could advocate for these patients.

All of this data pool shows that as these patients get Remdesivir they have less than 25% chance of survival if more than two doses… and into the nursing homes or skilled nursing facilities as early intervention. Now they’re rolling it out on children as well.

We haven’t even touched on vaccines… but two days ago I flew out my first 10 year old with a heart attack… he had almost a complete STEMI which is ST elevated myocardial infarction… and he’s like ‘well that’s not possible I’m just vaccinated yesterday.’ It’s very much possible.

People are getting a hold of me as nurse advocates at American Frontline Nurses to help advocate because there’s victim shaming… but in actuality if they put down a vaccine injury the physician, corporation, hospital, clinic actually won’t get reimbursed so it gets labeled as anxiety or neuropathy and Guillain-Barré syndrome when in reality it’s very realistically a vaccine injury…”
