@PirateWaffle I don’t know for a fact but it sure looks like the platform didn’t work with respect to the 2 TFs. Giving a perpetual license for something that did not work should have minimal impact on the value of the platform, if the platform has any value

@PirateWaffle I have a beautiful property in Vt that is subject to a permanent easement allowing my neighbor to cross my driveway to get to his house. It did not and will not reduce the value of my home, because its impact is immaterial. (con't)

@BillAckman He could still have reported the breach. And this has nothing to do with Freedom of Speech. If I accidentally pick up the phone when my kids/spouse or whomever is on the line, I don’t stay on and listen, I apologize and hang the phone up.

@BillAckman If a journalist hears confidential info, including info critical of Allies or containing sensitive info, shouldn't that journalist protect that info out of loyalty to country? To give high level coverage is one thing -to write verbatim play by play is unethical and unpatriotic

@BillAckman There is no question in his mind that he was not the intended recipient of the info. He was included by mistake. An honorable patriot would have spoken up and said that he was mistakenly incudes on the call — not pulled out a notebook and started scribbling notes.
