Oscar’s Tavern, a staple since 1972 with the unique distinction of offering a sandwich-and-a-half cheesesteak deal after 4 PM, matching every cheesesteak order with a free additional half sandwich. The shingled awning out front sits in stark contrast to the more modern buildings that surround Oscar’s Tavern, a space bathed in dim, red light produced by vintage lamps throughout the space.
