Currently don’t have the $ to do what I used to have but. We’re getting there. Things are balancing out. I need to be safe. Regardless, using free soundfont libraries and my insane tier of music design will benefit me greatly.

I might draft a couple ideas. I need to make ≈2 minutes of music. That’s healthiest for me. If I use soundfonts, we’re cooking with literal fire.

Lets play it by ear, sounds good? Soon. I have an idea of where I’ll go, but I can’t do the industry-elite level mastering I usually do.

Been pondering for a bit. I’m curious… Tales Of Aniyah Goodwill is obviously inspired by UNDERTALE & (surprisingly) DELTARUNE. It shaped up before 3-5. It ended with my ideas all in mind. So my thoughts are…

I think about how Sans is from a third world that just isn’t explained. I wrote Jasper as a mythical human. Has a smile, etc. I’ve always thought of him as an uncapped sans.

Its original, as best it can be. But one thing stood different;

1. Aniyah Goodwill is the truly most original character. She doesn’t exist anywhere, she’s so unique that only I could understand her.

So who is she inspired by? Nobody. Truly. Nobody. Not a singular character. Other than a concept:

“Faith turned into flesh.” That’s it. But she’s a human, a person, without a lot of problems. It’s far deeper than some random figurehead of the franchise.

I don’t dabble her in horror. She’s the lamb of my story. Jasper is… Well, strong. But he’s deplorable. Truly not important as Aniyah is. Just thoughts.
