@ZackMast @luke_winkie Good point. Also reinforces Don’s arc that season and his “I want to build something of my own” speech, leading to him starting SCDP. Turned out to be futile for him to attempt to fulfill the legacy of other people so he starts looking more internally in S4.

@luke_winkie I think Connie was also very genuine, and “the moon” meant he wanted something authentic and inspiring from Don that represented the ambition he thought they shared. But Don was unable to access it because he saw himself as an impostor, and his pitch was slick and commercial.

Fairly disappointed. It's a pretty cool car, but other than the gull-wing doors and rear window vents, it doesn't evoke the original much at all.
