Professor Mina's testimony today demands a coherent response. At an absolute minimum what the Irish people are owed and our CMO has yet to provide.
This can no longer be tolerated.

143,000 jobs in the aviation sector are at risk🛩
However one way out of the crisis could be a Digital Green Certificate to allow for safe travel across the EU
I spoke to pilot @GammonNic@RecovAIRie & @PaulHackett1 from @ClickandGo_Hols about the plan
It has come to our attention that we were slightly unfair when we said Eamon Ryan had no aviation recovery plan. We can now exclusively reveal it below 👇

We ask you to support all aviation workers in calling for a comprehensive, phased recovery plan for Irish aviation based on clearly defined public health triggers or milestones.https://t.co/5QU0Hrzgtv @RecovAIRie#recoveririshaviation#roadtorecovery#irishaviation
@PatKennyNT@EamonRyan All passengers have their proof of PCR testing checked by the airline before boarding. There is currently historically low levels of traffic through our airports. Less than 1% of infections are travel related. Why is 99% of media coverage travel related?
Disappointing to hear Transport Minister @EamonRyan this morning admitting that he has no plan for aviation & will wait for NPHET to tell him when he can develop one. With @AerLingus losing nearly €1 million per day, let’s hope there’s an industry left. @RecovAIRie@PatKennyNT
Our transport minister @EamonRyan just openly admitted to @PatKennyNT that there is no plan in place to recover Irish Aviation, nor is it even on the agenda. Zero concern about the 143000 aviation workers, most of whom are unable to pay their mortgage&bills. Shame on you Minister.
I support all aviation workers in calling for a comprehensive, phased recovery plan for Irish aviation based on clearly defined public health triggers or milestones.

The Government, supported by most of the Opposition, is strangling the aviation and tourism sector in this State, and driving business to Northern Ireland. We're told the virus doesn't recognise borders. Neither does the Government or most of the Opposition. Businesses have to.
