Najib Monsif –a 20-year-old with Autism– is still missing. He has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old. Last night @ScottsdalePD told @MarniHughesTV “Our latest findings are that he is most likely not on his own. He had to have some sort of help to get out of the neighborhood.”
