Recently, I revisited the Aba correctional facility to honor the commitment I made during my last visit. I supplied vocational equipment, including some Hairdressing equipment and tools, industrial sewing machines, a power generator, weaving machines, starter tools and other necessities, focusing specifically on the female inmates.
In line with our partnership with the facility for the inmates rehabilitation, reformation, and reintegration, we are providing a 1 million Naira grant to support their vocational training. Additionally, we are sending drugs and mosquito nets to the inmates. Plans are underway to offer ICT training to keep them engaged in digitalized business.
These efforts are aimed at bringing purpose and meaning to their lives.
