@ToastTab your recent upgrade screwed up my marketing for all 4 of my restaurants.
Based on your loyalty settings I was able to have business cards made and hand them out to encourage potential customers to try my restaurant and get a discount for signing up.
Now it won't work. Not it's for their second visit. I have passed out over 2,000 business cards. I have spent 10 days with your Customer Care Dept and I was finally just told this.
And there is no way for me to alter the setting and change it back.
I understand you are trying to avoid fraud, but we have not experienced fraud. And now you have screwed up all of our work for the past 4 months.
@joinhomebase 2 year customer. 2 stores. Homebase stopped reporting all my sales from my POS.
I can't get anyone in the US to call me.
I have an error on the Homebase side, and now they are asking for my POS credentials. @HotSchedules how is your customer support?
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp stranded in Mexico when the host was unresponsive. AirBnb twice promised to call me back and did not. It was impossible to find any other accommodations in the same town. Had to stay an hour away. 3 days later I am still trying get my money refunded.
