On 29th of December 2024, Oluwo of Iwo Osun, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi said "We need Sharia Law in South West. Anyone that doesn’t like it can convert to Christianity.”
Fast forward to 15th of may 2026, bandits stormed a school in Oyo state and kidnapped about 39 school children and 7 teachers. A total of 49 Nigerians majority who are children were kidnapped.

And just yesterday, the abductors sent their demands to release the school children and one of their demands includes that Sharia Law must be enforced in Oyo state.

Now I want to ask, shouldn't the government know the people who are sponsoring this moves already?

I am asking the government why they are not going after these people who are known to be spokespersons to terrorists in Nigeria.

The day we all unite to demand an end to all of these is the day Nigeria will actually experience a change. Until then let's be playing around first.
