@gerdosi do you have any hypotheses why someone would have high insulin (9) but perfect markers otherwise: trig (70), hdl (100), vit d 73, crp <0.2?
@tednaiman if my main goal is to gain muscle (but not much fat) how do I determine the amount of calories I should eat per day? assuming energy < protein, does 1g per bodyweight lead to weight gain? or do I need a P:E ratio < 1 (more calories) to gain muscle?
