Live-In Relationship Cannot Be Turned Into R@pe Case After Break-Up: Chhattisgarh High Court.
A long live-in relationship cannot be turned into a r@pe case only because marriage did not happen.
Chhattisgarh High Court protected the man’s acquittal after finding consent conduct and medical evidence against the allegation.
This judgment reminds society that a failed relationship is not automatic crime and men cannot be punished for refusing marriage.

Two headlines. One judiciary. One question.
A married woman can leave her husband and live with her lover.
“Her choice.”
A husband has an affair.
“Punish him.”
This is the kind of contradiction that destroys public faith in justice.
When rules, morality, and consequences change depending on whether the accused is a man or a woman, people don’t see equality.
▪️Monu, a 21-year-old resident of Dhani Jadhthal, was lured to the Kasola area by his wife where he was smothered by his nose and mouth until he lost consciousness and was discarded alive into a canal near Asalwas village.
▪️The deceased victim, who was the only brother of two sisters and the sole economic pillar of an impoverished family, worked a private job at a company in Khushkhera, Rajasthan, after completing his 12th-grade education.
▪️The marriage took place three years prior, yet Tanu only visited her in-laws' home three times—initially arriving on April 20 for a few days, followed by a brief stay from May 1 to May 16, before Monu departed to fetch her again on June 8 after a salary delay disrupted his initial June 7 plans.
▪️The primary motive surfaced because Monu discovered the illicit extra-marital affair between Tanu and her lover, Sonu from Mundanwas, prompting the duo to hatch an assassination plot alongside Sonu's friends Hariom and Aman to permanently remove him from their path.
▪️DSP Surendra Sheoran revealed that the perpetrators left Monu's scooty near the canal to stage a suicide or drowning accident, but the Kasola police grew suspicious of Tanu's behavior, extracted a full confession, and secured a two-day police remand for her and co-accused Hariom of Mundanwas Kamalpur while pursuing the absconding prime accused Sonu.

Victim card for the camera.
Middle finger for reality.
In Ketan Agarwal’s m*rder case, Siya Goyal’s alleged gesture says enough — no fear, no shame, no remorse.
A man is de@d. A family is shattered.
Stop judging women by tears.
Start judging them by conduct.
Modern women's dream is just to be a hoe until they're old.
They forget that Madonna is a super-rich millionaire, while they'll end up working double shifts until they die, without a husband or kids to look after them.
Marriage is the only institution where a man’s success is treated as a shared asset,
but his struggles are treated as his personal failure.
For women, marriage can be a ladder to a better life.
For men, marriage becomes a lifetime of responsibility, expectations, and financial pressure.
Society celebrates what women gain from marriage,
but rarely talks about what men sacrifice for it.
Maybe it’s time to ask:
Why is a man’s value measured by what he can provide, while a woman’s value is measured by what she deserves?
